Dr Taylor has been a palliative physician for 30 years, working in hospice, community and hospital. She is former clinical director of Hospice UK and is a commissioner on the Lancet Commission on the Value of Death.

Dr Freeman is a GP who set up the award winning Camden GP Website. More recently she developed the Covid-19 PCN website for primary care which inspired the design of HPAL. Her Covid-19 primary care website has now been adopted by PULSE.

James Norris is the founder of MyWishes and The Digital Legacy Association. He is a Digital Research Fellow at the Michael Sobell Hospice and runs an annual not for profit conference called the Digital Legacy Conference.

Dr Williams is a GP and the Clinical Lead for End of Life Care across North West London. She is passionate about working with patients, carers, families and clinicians to improve services and provision of care for people who are in the last year of life.
