Dr Taylor has been a palliative physician for 30 years, working in hospice, community and hospital. She is former clinical director of Hospice UK and is a commissioner on the Lancet Commission on the Value of Death.

Dr Freeman is a GP In North London and director of Medindex. She has been building clinican facing communication tools for 15 years. She set up the award winning NCL GP Website, was a key contributor to Pulse Reference and has set up other primary care web-platforms in multiple ICB areas.

James Norris is the founder of MyWishes and The Digital Legacy Association. He  is a Digital Research Fellow at the Michael Sobell Hospice and runs an annual not for profit conference called the Digital Legacy Conference.

Dr Williams is a GP and the Clinical Lead for End of Life Care across North West London. She is passionate about working with patients, carers, families and clinicians to improve services and provision of care for people who are in the last year of life.

Dr Patel is a local GP with a special interest in palliative care and commitment to medical education who reviews and contributes to articles.

Dr Brady is a Consultant in Palliative Medicine at Barnet hospital, Royal Free NHS foundation trust in North London & Deputy Medical Director at North London Hospice.

Dr Clifford Lisk is a Consultant Physician in Acute Medicine and Geriatric Medicine working mainly at Barnet Hospital.
He is an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor at UCL. He has a special interest in the dangers of polypharmacy and ways to deprescribe safely.

Dr Heather Wells is a Macmillan Consultant Clinical Psychologist.

Heather has worked as a Clinical Psychologist in physical health care settings for 23 years and in cancer and palliative care as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist since 2010.
