A Brent end of life resource pack for carers

This guide (see downloads) has been developed to provide additional support to anyone supporting a person towards their end of life in the borough of Brent.

The guide contains a series of online links to training materials, useful telephone contacts, bereavement support service and other available support for those caring for people in their end of life.

Adviceline is open Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.00pm.

Advisers are present at Brent Hubs in the Civic Centre from 10.00am to 2.00pm on Mondays and at Harlesden Library from 10.00am to 5.00pm on Wednesdays.
